Students and Parents in Cooperation with Educators

About Us

The Mountain Sky Parent Group, originally known as SPICE, wants to welcome each of you as we begin a new school year.  You are already a member of our organization as a parent/caregiver of a student at Mountain Sky.  It is up to you how active you would like to be!   The goal of the Mountain Sky Parent Group is to benefit our Mountain Sky students and teachers.  You can do this by supporting our school-wide fundraisers, or by donating time as a volunteer during the year.  You can also show support by attending our monthly meetings to stay informed and by giving us your e-mail address so we can keep you up- to-date on planned events.  There are always opportunities to get involved!

Attention Forum Families!

On Tuesday, November 10 your student will be performing at That's Amore to help raise funds to offset costs for their trip to Forum in May 2017.  That's Amore is an event that includes entertainment from students, dinner by Aiello's, and a Silent Auction.  We need your help!  We are asking all Forum families to donate something for the Silent Auction.  It could be as simple as a Starbucks gift card or an hour massage.  The more items that we have, the more we can deduct from everyone's Forum tuition.

If you have items to donate, please send them in with your student to their music teacher.  For more information, please see the Silent Auction donation letter attached to the bottom of this webpage.

Direct Drive For Dollars

Every year the Mountain Sky Parent Organization (SPICE) raises money to support our students and faculty, and provide a better learning environment for your child.  In the past we have raised money by selling cookie dough or magazines to family and friends.  This year the SPICE organization decided that in lieu of a traditional Fall Fundraiser, we would host a Direct Drive for Dollars.  In doing this we eliminate the need for students to sell items door-to-door, and for parents to buy unwanted products to support their school.  Help us avoid these grueling tasks by donating directly to Mountain Sky and helping us provide student enrichment activities for our school.  The biggest benefit of this drive is that 100% of all money raised stays at our school!

Please submit your cash, check, or pay online by September 23rd.  The Online payment maybe done at:

If you have any questions please email  Thanks for your support!

Awards will be given to all who participate:

  • Any donation -- student will receive a gift certificate good for one free concession at any of our school sporting events (donation must be $1 or more)
  • Donation of $250 or more – your name will be featured on the marquee
  • Reach schoolwide goal of $8,000 --  Mr. Mason will be subjected to an embarrassing act of gratitude and students will be awarded a treat.
  • Reach schoolwide goal of $8,000 --  teachers will receive gift cards
