Guidelines and Expectations

Circulation Guidelines

Students may check out up to three books at a time for a period of two weeks.  Students must have their I.D. to scan when checking out books.

Expectations for Library Behavior

Respectful: students treat staff members and fellow students with courtesy.   They speak and walk quietly in the library so as not to disturb the learning of others.

Responsible: students take care of the books they've checked out, keeping them away from water and pets.  They return their books on time so that other students may enjoy them. When they use the computers, they do so only for library or research purposes and they don't try to visit inappropriate sites or alter computer settings.

Ready: students have a goal in mind when they come to the library.  They are ready to read and learn, and they use their time wisely.
